Description
Extension of the existing Cinema and provide a new Stage Theatre, Cinema screens, Rehearsal rooms, and social space/foyer area. This was to become a modern teaching space for the Film and Drama departments of the School of Language, Literature and Arts, and Queen’s Film Theatre. The project has three end-users: students and lecturers from the Drama and Film departments, and the general public. Each have their individual requirements from the Engineering Services designs of the shared building, which meant an innovative and user-conscious approach was necessary to ensure a co-ordinated, structured solution.
