Description
The project brief was to provide a new community centre for the Millbrook Community on behalf of Larne Borough Council.
This project included for the complete electrical services which in the main comprised of the following:
• Alterations to existing NIE supply
• Sub-Mains Cabling and Distribution Board Installation
• General Lighting Installation
• Emergency Lighting Installation
• Small Power Installation
• Structured Cabling Installation
• Intruder Detection Installation
• Automatic Fire Alarm Installation
• Disabled call Installation
The mechanical services included the following:
• Complete LPHW heating installation
• Complete supply/extract ventilation installation
• Complete domestic services installation including external mains water
• Complete sanitary ware installation
• Complete soils and wastes installation
